Problem with getting logged out (not printing):

Unfortunately, after a recent software update, some users are logged off after clicking on a link. Once logged off, they are not able to print.

To fix the problem, follow one of the below options:

A. Fastest option (but a work around), try a different browser that you've not used for visiting this site.

B. Do a HARD refresh and CLEAR the page cache. You should only need to do this ONE TIME. For Chrome or Edge:

1. Press [F12].
   This may open a panel in your browser.
   If asked, accept it.
2. Click and hold the refresh button. A menu will open.
3. Select "Empty cache and hard refresh"
4. Press [F12] to close the window you opened.
5. You should be all set.

Mac Using Safari on a Mac:

1. Hold down Command (⌘) + Option (⌥) + R on your keyboard.
