We do not collect personal information from users of this website or from users of our Windows calculators, except in three cases:

1. If you order one of our programs, we require your name, address, phone number, email address, and credit card details if paying by credit card. We will archive this information, except for the credit card number. Pine Grove Software never has access to your credit card number when you use our online shopping cart. The number is sent directly to the merchant bank through a secure connection to Stripe.com (the clearing bank).
2. If you contact us by email to request support or to provide a comment, we will save your email address and the email contents.
3. On AccurateCalculators.com, we require a valid email address to post a comment or question. This helps reduce comment spam. Your email address will be used to notify you when you receive a direct reply to your specific comment.

What will we do, and what will we not do, with personal information that we collect?

1. If you purchased one of our Windows software products (not if you only commented on this site), we may, from time–to–time, email announcements about new products, updates, and bug fixes. This is our policy. We have sent fewer than three general mailings in the past ten years.
2. We will NOT sell, share, or distribute your personal data to any third party.
3. We MAY contact you on behalf of a third party that offers goods or services that may be relevant to you. In more than 35 years, we have not done this. If we ever do, we will communicate in a professional manner.
4. We MAY use a third party to help manage our email list and to allow visitors to subscribe or unsubscribe from our blog and email list. We have not done this. We are notifying you of the possibility.

Cookies — small pieces of programming code stored on your computer

1. Cookies  are used on this site to store your chosen settings. For example, if you select a currency other than US dollars, your selection is stored in a “cookie” located on your computer. This site does NOT use cookies for tracking purposes.
2. However, advertisers may use cookies to track your activity on the internet. This is not unique to advertisements on this site, and we have no control over such monitoring if it occurs.

If you are not satisfied with one of our Windows calculators or programs, you may receive a refund for the full purchase price (less any shipping or handling charges) within one year of purchase. No questions asked. Simply deactivate the software and contact us for a refund.

If you purchased a subscription (or otherwise registered) for one or more of our online calculators, you may cancel the subscription at any time. However, NO REFUND will be issued for any used or unused portion of the subscription.

Further, subscriptions are automatically renewed until you cancel your subscription.

If you cancel a subscription, you’ll continue to have access to the appropriate online calculators until your subscription expires.
